An incredible experience with the Technical Preparation Committee for the 2025 Cairo International Experimental Theater Festival

8 days, 20 performances, 10 venues, teams and schools from different countries — a series of exciting challenges that taught me a lot about planning, flexibility, and effective problem-solving.

The experience included managing diverse teams of technicians to execute stage designs tailored to the cultures of participating groups. This was done as independent experts outside the Ministry of Culture, where my friend and I were invited to provide practical and effective solutions.

My participation was slightly delayed due to my involvement in preparing a new event.
